Delivery charges

Rupees 30/- is charged as minimum delivery charges.

Delivery charges will be mentioned in the bill.

On customer request basis if the delivery location is far from our shipping distance, limit, extra delivery charge may be levied after confirmation from the customer.

Estimated delivery time

Within 24 hours if the below processes are completed.

Product availability at the shop or its authorised suppliers have to be confirmed before payment.

For online payment Order confirmation happens once payment authorization and verification are obtained.For other Offline payments, order confirmation happens once the payment is cleared.

For COD (Cash on delivery) or swipe on delivery, order is confirmed once our customer service representative verifies your order and shipping address.

We will inform you once the order is confirmed and when the items are shipped with an update on the approximate delivery time through our delivery team.

Pricing Information

To use discount or other loyalty schemes of Joyra medicals during home delivery, prior filling the details of it in the delivery form in website or in the shop is essential.

While Joyra medicals shall endeavour to provide accurate product and pricing information, yet typographical errors or medicine batch change or outdating or Government law changes might occur. Joyra medicals cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information or any other reason mentioned above, Joyra Medicals shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mispriced, Joyra medicals may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such changes for order confirmation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Joyra medicals will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address/ contact no. provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
